Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the website at www.sangai.today and the SangAI assistant (together, "the Service"). SangAI is a personal AI assistant project operated by Sang ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The Service
SangAI lets you chat and talk with an AI assistant in your browser. It is an experimental, personal project offered free of charge. We may change, limit or stop any part of it at any time, without notice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive, or to harass anyone;
- try to get around rate limits, bot protection or other security measures;
- send automated or bulk requests, scrape the Service, or put an unreasonable load on it;
- try to access systems, data or accounts you are not authorised to access, or to extract secrets, keys or configuration from the Service;
- use the Service to create malware, spam, or content that infringes other people's rights;
- enter personal information about other people without a lawful basis for doing so.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
3. AI output
Replies are generated by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or inappropriate, and they do not represent our views. Do not rely on them as professional advice, including medical, legal, financial or safety advice. Check anything important with a reliable source. You are responsible for how you use the output.
4. Your content
You keep any rights you have in what you type or say. You give us permission to process it, and to pass it to the AI model providers that generate replies, only to operate the Service. How this information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services, including AI model providers, Cloudflare Turnstile, Google Analytics and your browser's speech features. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or behaviour.
6. Intellectual property
The SangAI name, logo, website design and code belong to us or our licensors, except for open-source components, which are covered by their own licences. These terms do not give you any right to use the SangAI name or logo.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your inability to use it. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50, unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, for example if you break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
